Eurovision Fever!

My life at the best of times, is a bit weird and wacky!

Well this little bit of news beats all my other escapades hands down! I got a call last week, to say that a song I wrote and performed has been chosen as one of the possible Irish entries into the Eurovision song contest! There will be a live show, on RTÉ, at 7pm on February 23rd, where the six chosen finalists sing off against one another.

Then the voting lines open for an hour, and we live in hope that we get chosen! Bizarrely, one of the other competitors, isn't even a human, it's dustin the bloody turkey! I think he will get the viewing figures up, which is good, I also think he will win, which is ok too.

But ya know, I love being irish, I'd like us to hold our heads up high in this competition. I know its all become a bit panto, which is why I plan on doing a very tongue in cheek entry, but God, don't let a puppet represent us in the contest!
I'm really excited about this whole journey. I'm having a great laugh, and working hard at putting on a really good show!

I'd love your votes and I promise i will try to be as fabulous as humanly possible, and I'd love a crack at the Eurovision!
